jt: The FBI reports an all time record 2.8 million background checks for December. November was also a record. Ammunition for rifles and handguns is flying off the shelf, some calibers will take 1-1/2 years to backfill the pipeline, more military style rifles are being sold now that Obama and his not so jolly band of supporters are calling for "reasonable" gun restrictions (whatever those are). People are crying out for their safety and the safety of their loved ones despite Obama's pledges. They want to be prepared the next time some mentally disturbed person seeks to get attention by killing people. Waiting for 911 doesn't cut it.
