Our lake home is along the Bayview road. Since Alissa Sundberg and Erik Lietz took over the operation of Bayview our enjoyment of our home has declined severely. During the periods of time that they have had amplified music on their deck whether it is live, recorded or karaoke we have needed to go inside and close all the doors and windows to avoid the excessively loud music. Many times the music could still be heard inside so there was no escape. Frequently Bayview would ignore the curfews placed upon them by Greenwood Township. Even if they hadn't ignored the curfew so many times it is not their right to destroy our enjoyment of our homes for several hours at least three days per week. Miss Sundberg's lawyer wants us to believe that maybe the late night loud music we hear could be from people around the campfire or in a boat. That statement is absolutely ridiculous. Miss Sundberg would also like us to believe that all the problems associated with Bayview our the fault of her former partner Erik Lietz. That is also ridiculous. There is no way she wasn't aware of the issues and problems that plagued the large area surrounding Bayview.

We are hoping that Greenwood Township will do the right thing and enforce their own rules.
