Ah, a threat to sue; a shining example of Alissa wanting to be a good neighbor. The MPCA Regulations prohibit amplified outdoor music in our area which is Zone 1. Also, Greenwood Township Board of Supervisors rescinded their mistaken permission for Bayview to have amplified music on the deck. The 1999 Conditional Use Permit for building the deck was for expanded seating and some protection under the gazebo while patrons were waiting for seating in the indoor dining room. Amplified outdoor music was neither sought, nor approved, for the deck.

However, Alissa thumbed her nose at any restrictions and played amplified outdoor music on the deck last Friday, June 21st. "Hard Rock Miner" posted the above comment complaining about this. I humbly ask her to email or call the Township Supervisors to advise them of Bayview's violations, if she has not done so. I have done this. They need to know, as none of our Supervisors live in an area that can hear this musical assault on those who can. Mary Worringer
