The editorial conclusion is right on the money. The District must earn our trust. I suggest that will be terribly hard to do after their $78 million dollar blunder. Spending $78 million to try to save $4 million per year on operations was so foolish one is left with no way to believe the Board, and we still have many of them "serving" us. I will have no faith as long as Ms. Johnson continues to be the District business mismanager also.
