At the Federal level funds for the EPA are being gutted and anything that is Scientific is being eliminated. Enforcement of pollution laws are being curtailed.
Talking to Minnesota EPA people they say their losing huge funding from the Feds and Republicans at the state level are trying to eliminate entire departments or sections of the EPA.
Question is if all this comes true their will be no enforcement of regulations that would protect our clean air,water and land. Who will do the Scientific look as Nolan says with no scientists left?
Also knowing some of Nolan's staff and they disagree agree with his latest decisions and just shake their head.
