The news report on my new rv park is correct. The property involved is not just the 1 acre old dump ground but the 9 acres around it. That 9 acres includes my rv property. At the meeting I was just trying to come up with a equitable solution for everyone to put this major problem to bed. To put the old dump site to death. Right now in it's current status the land can not be developed. I requested a driveway approach permit to put in a culvert and was denied. No road work, building or construction of any kind can be done on any of the 10 acre property including mine. Phase 1 and phase 2 environmental study is now being done anyway. Test drilling Soil samples have been taken and are being analized. The land is being put in the Brownfield Program on the 23rd of October when the tests results come back. The final site plan which shows rv layouts and roads has been submitted Planing and zoning for approval. There is going to be some very nice sites for sale at a reasonable price all with lake access. I am under the 50-50 green space rule so for every rv lot there is a equal amount of green space for all to enjoy in the park including a large area right on the river. So be patient I am trying the best I can to get all you new folks to Tower and also the locals who want a rv getaway place with access to your lake. Hang in there. Dave Rose cell 320 295 1883
