Unfortunately the Greenwood Board has already taken action. The key factor in this case was an audio recording of the fire dept business meeting. The fire department has banned recordings and the the board only allows one supervisor to attend the meetings. Secrecy is the cover for unethical behavior and some folks just don’t care.
