Join me in voting for Heidi Omerza

I would like to encourage the voters of District 3A to vote for Heidi Omerza on Sept. 29.

Heidi’s 9-year tenure on the Ely City Council, serving as Ely’s legislative liaison, and all the time she has spent at the state capitol in that role, and her presidency of the Coalition of Greater Minnesota Cities has well prepared her to be our district representative. Heidi is familiar with many legislators in St. Paul and has worked with state commissioners in the Governor’s office.  She is supportive of responsible copper nickel mining in our area and is for a truly meaningful sustainable economy in the Ely and Babbitt area as well as the entire 3A district. Heidi will support those issues important to the working and middle class and not be beholden to the elitist, well-off, megalomaniac enviros.

It is time we from the Ely, Babbitt and Tower area have the house representative from District 3A be from our area and consequently we all need to get out in large numbers and support Heidi in Tuesday’s primary. Please join me in supporting and voting for Heidi Omerza.
