Commenting on Trump's list of actions and proposals so far, Ilhan Omar said - “Politics aside, this is incredible and the right response in this critical time”.
Does anyone really believe that Trump is responsible for the offshoring of the majority of our medical supplies? Does anyone really believe that Trump is responsible for the Chinese government's unwillingness to allow health experts into their country to evaluate the virus in it's earliest stages? How about the Chinese government's outright threat to block exports of medical equipment and antibiotics to the US ? Does anyone really believe that Trump should have allowed the purchase of test kits that had a false negative rate of 48% ? Hopefully most are wise to this harmful, self-serving, and oh so predictable rhetoric.
