Mr. Atwater's facts are somewhat skewed because I think he is a die hard follower of Trump. For some reason the President has convinced his followers that they should believe what he says and not the Scientists and health care experts.

Fact: In the beginning of the pandemic Dr. Fauci had stated people didn't need to go out and buy masks and that they didn't need to wear them "I don't regret anything I said then because in the context of the time in which I said it, it was correct. We were told in our task force meetings that we have a serious problem with the lack of PPEs and masks for the health providers who are putting themselves in harm's way every day to take care of sick people," "When it became clear that the infection could be spread by asymptomatic carriers who don't know they're infected, that made it very clear that we had to strongly recommend masks," he said. "And also, it soon became clear that we had enough protective equipment and that cloth masks and homemade masks were as good as masks that you would buy from surgical supply stores," Fauci added. Why is it that the health care providers are still short of PPE in this country Mr. Atwater? Why is it that since "we're rounding the corner" on this virus that the numbers having been climbing? Finally. Why would this President accuse Doctors of inflating the numbers when it comes to infections and using that number to make more money? I don't know about others but I would like to know what the "facts" are on those subjects Mr. Atwater.
