The recommendations planning and zoning forwarded to city council are very reasonable. We had all in place in our rules but one difference. Quiet time we had at 11pm. Were changing it to 10pm so all rv parks will now match. I did not have to do one EAW but I had to do two. We have a new set of rules now craved in stone. When I expand which planning has already started it is nice to know the ground rules in advance so the goal posts can not be moved like they were in the past. Dave Rose
