JCI needs to have a massive internal audit of all of it's records. Why on earth would you let the fox guard the henhouse? Why would you hire a consultant that is going to make MILLIONS of dollars on their "expert" opinion and then get the contact too? Have school board members taken any ethics or business 101 classes? Doubtful. Now we get to pay for everyone's incompetence.
