COOK- Cook Hospital and Scenic Rivers Health Services are teaming up to offer women’s health screenings on two Mondays, May 6 and 13, at the Scenic Rivers Clinic in Cook. This initiative is designed to make preventative care more accessible, so every woman in our community can take charge of her health.
Early detection saves lives. That’s why we’re bringing cervical cancer screenings and mammograms (recommended for women over 40) together in one easy appointment. No need to juggle multiple visits or worry about insurance; we’ve got you covered.
“We want every woman in our community to feel supported and empowered to take this important step,” says Elizabeth Spence, Director of Medical Imaging at Cook Hospital. “Whether you’re insured or not, these screenings are here for you, because your health matters.”
Cervical cancer screenings, mammograms, and free women’s health kits are available.
There is a sliding fee scale for those who need it. If you do not have insurance, it’s not a problem. Thanks to our partnership with the MN Sage Program, free screenings are available for those who qualify. Let us help you take the first step toward peace of mind.
If you’re ready to schedule, call Scenic Rivers at 218-666-5941 today to book your appointment on May 6 or 13. Spots are limited; don’t wait!
