Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue is usually reserved for weddings, but it applied to the Orr July 3rd Celebration last Friday, particulary with the Orr Center taking over the organization. That was new, while old was bringing back a "big parade" from many years ago, and they borrowed Miss Orr from 1951 to headline the parade under beautiful blue skies.
