Should the government be able to restrict the pay for workers of bailed-out companies?

No, the government has no business telling companies what to pay its workers.
No, the companies need to offer high wages to attract good employees.
Yes, these companies wouldn't exist without taxpayer money.
These companies are wards of the state. Of course we should limit their bonuses.
