Daverose
As far as the dock issue goes it is not in the city of Tower jurisdiction. The river is controlled by DNR and Army Core of Engineers. I have been working with them for years. I applied for putting in a canal like my Mille Point neighbor put in. DNR requested me to install docks instead seeing there is room for them along the shore. All copies of dealings with the docks and canal permit have been forwarded to Planing and zoning over the years. The 2 government agencies also have also communicated with the city of Tower. The total issue has been out in the open and decided. I do not understand why there is a dock issue for me with the new marina and new condos all having tons of docks. Thank You Dave Rose towerrvresort.com
