First of all what was reported about the city council meeting above is 100% correct. I have made no promises about a canal. Truth is I have applied to the Army Core of Engineers and DNR about one but I have made no promises. City can weigh in on the approval so we will see. Army core has no problem but even likes the idea. Of course the Mille Point neighbor already has one, but they're special.
