With only two girls in the running this year, the suspense over who would be crowned Miss Tower-Soudan lasted only a minute.
Miss Tower-Soudan 2009, Kaitlin Swanson, draped the First Princess sash across Celeste White’s shoulders, leaving Lindsay Sikora smiling as she waiting to be crowned.
Lindsay Sikora was sponsored by Range Cities Realty and Celeste White was sponsored by Brandt’s Greenhouse. Drawings for the Fourth of July raffle were held. Sharon Sikora won the $500 top prize, and Randy Semo’s name was drawn twice, for the $200 and $100 prizes.
