COOK- It was a year when folks going to events for Cook's Annual Timber Days festival needed an extended wardrobe, as cool, cloudy, and windy conditions with intermittent sprinkles were on tap Friday evening and through much of Saturday as well.
There were plenty of leggings, hoodies, jackets, and stocking caps to be seen, and food vendors attracted customers by featuring hot coffee and hot apple cider.
But on Sunday, festival-goers were rewarded for their climate endurance with ideal conditions for the lawnmower races and parade.
